Area manager Daniel Grant was incredibly rude. Had one order completely remade as all 3 were missing toppings. Took photos of these and emailed to upper management. The remade pizzas were still missing toppings and the area manager who claimed to have made them insisted that they were to standard yet the photos I took clearly showed they were passing toppings.. again. Was then refused a refund after 2 calls was given a refund. The area manager literally belittled me and was sarcastic on the phone. Refused to give his name or employee id aswell.
Ok im a furniture removalist townsville/cairns and back home to brisbane. I gotta eat and make sure i eat right. But honestly i got a photo which i want to send to the manager of sth mackay Domino's..... It aint cooked..... dough..... i can taste it definitely need to slow the convey belt on the oven thats badi mean teah saturday 6 pm is peak hour bit take time out for customer satisfaction please
The pizza was crushed in the sauce and the toppings were distributed extremely unevenly, so one slice has something, then two slices have nothing but the sauce. Management must tell the team to take more pride on their work. Also the pizzas were not all the way through your back into cut team! The manager Sienna is a beautiful lady. Always welcoming and polite,big customer service!
Order was due to be ready at 6.40pm but took an extra 19 minutes. Then they tell us they are out of garlic scrolls and gave us garlic bread which is cheaper and did not offer us a refund or the price difference. Pizzas were over cooked. Very poor. Won't be returning.

Pizza was cold when it arrived. It also took ages to be delivered. I won’t be getting it again from this store sadly. The delivery driver was lovely though!

Mother's Day brunch was a perfect 10/10! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic. Highly recommended!
Ordered classic periperi chicken last night. As you can see in the picture, there was no peri peri sauce on the toppings. Disappointing!
