I waited another few minutes then walked in. I don't have a problem with going in to get my order. But when I get inside the same manager was speaking on her personal phone. I was very disappointed with the pizza I received. It was overcooked, not sliced, and there was sauce leaking out from underneath the cheese. I had specifically requested light sauce from Domino's because my stomach can't handle too much. Additionally, the extra cheese I ordered was missing. This experience has made me decide not to order from this restaurant again, even though we used to order from them every week. The quality of this place and its staff is quite poor. I was very disappointed with my experience at this Domino's location. It seems like the quality of service has deteriorated over the years. I think corporate needs to intervene and implement some significant changes. The order tracker was inaccurate and failed to represent the true status of my order. Even though it indicated that my order was ready, it was still being cooked in the oven. Additionally, the customer service representative seemed unconcerned about my issues. I will not be coming back to this location, as it's clear that they need to make some improvements.
I will never order from this store again. Placed my order at 6:11 tracker said mitzi was preparing my order tracker stopped working after that at 7:11 I started trying to call got a recorded message stayed on hold until 7:23 at this point I drove to the store the rudest little girl I have ever seen she said my order was pushed back to 8:30 because they had so many orders yet no one was waiting on an order and they were not preparing any I asked for a refund and was told it would take 3 to five business days for a refund when I left they were all laughing at me

I ordered a well done pizza and got a a very light pizza instead. They over cooked my cheese sauce so much it was a hard mass in the bottom of the pan. I’ve never had a “dip” you have to scrape off the bottom of a pan with a spoon to put it on the bread it came with to “dip” in it. In summary if you want pizza for your family or even in Lagrange save yourself some hassle and go to the papa John in the same shopping center.
We ordered a personal pizza at this restaurant, but unfortunately, it wasn't even kept warm in the oven. The staff member behind the counter seemed rather inexperienced, and there was no manager in sight. The service was slow, and the pizza ended up being cold when we received it. We won't be coming back to this place.
The philli cheesesteak sandwich was so yummy..made perfectly! Try one! Oh, can't forget to mention it was made quickly and service was prompt and friendly! Wished I had gotten his name so I could compliment personally but great job! I enjoyed every bite, will definitely be ordering that again!
I personally don’t care if you wear a mask or not but if you have to cough or anything like that cover your mouth or walk away. Do NOT just cough on the food while you’re making the pizzas, that is absolutely disgusting. We literally just witnessed an older man doing this. Use common sense!

This restaurant is the perfect place to stop for a meal on your way home. The food is tasty, and they have regular specials that offer fantastic deals. Additionally, their app makes ordering and picking up food very easy. It would be even better if they had more menu options.
I'd give 0 starts if I could. I have had HORRIBLE service here over and over. This takes the cake. The pasta was overcooked and didn't even cover the bottom of the dish. Pitiful.
