Domino's Pizza - Réserver une table

I placed an online order at 2:49 on 1/9/22 for delivery. Payment went through and all. I have kids at home waiting on their pizza. At 4:24 pm I called to see where is the pizza. Only to be told by someone half asleep there is not a delivery person available until 5 pm. No apology or anything only can you come pick up the order. I asked would the order be remade since it's been over an hour. Silence on the line then a reluctant i guess so. This is a huge inconvenience as I am experiencing the raft of covid right now. if they don't like eating out the floor they avoid this place! we ordered two pizzas. the brooklyn was an absolute soggy chaos. my wife was hungry and wanted to deal with her, it wasn't so bad. I called the number on the reception again and again until I finally drove up there. I asked for a refund for my pizza and the delivery fee as I had to return there. the person on the theke said the only possibility he could do is to refund the order and calculate me for the other pizza. I said that would be good, then he tried to calculate a higher price for the other pizza. means, while objects fall from the band to the floor. he asks me to keep a second and continues to get food from the floor and...

waited more than 1 hour 30 minutes to get the wrong order when I went back to the load to take a refund employee nearly 45 minutes, just to tell me my money back, my manager jesica come and give back pizza traded as it was too difficult for the guy to refund the money to reimburse false order and not give her money back eithermitarbeiter dont carry her gloves

The staff was very courteous and attentive! The pizza exceeded our expectations! We will definitely order from this restaurant again the next time we visit Great Wolf Lodge!
