I’ve placed three separate orders from Domino's Pizza, and unfortunately, each experience had problems. The first time, the food was burnt, the second time some items were missing from my order, and when I arrived 20 minutes before closing as instructed, the store was already closed with no staff present. For my third order, the pizza was almost raw. I tried contacting the store but received no response, so I reached out to corporate. They assured me someone would follow up, but it’s been two weeks without any contact. I’m hesitant to order again, worried that it could be even worse next time. Apparently, this place allows employees to use the phone to call customers and harass them. I received a call at 10:41 PM tonight from a woman accusing me of talking to her boyfriend. She asked if I met him on Tinder, and when I said I don’t have Tinder, she told me not to play dumb. Fortunately, I decided to look up the number the call came from. I want this issue to be addressed. This behavior is neither funny nor acceptable—it’s completely childish. I don’t know if this has happened to anyone else, but I hope this stops immediately.
I'm from Chula Vista and visited this Domino's with my family while in the area for work. I was pleasantly surprised by how the young staff treated me! I've never received such attentive service at other fast food places. They truly deserve recognition for making my family's night special. Excellent customer service!
The staff seemed completely unaware of how the Domino's App functioned. It advertised discounts, but they were unable to resolve the issue or contact someone who could assist. The customer service was disappointing!
