Compared to my past visits to Domino's Pizza, Fernando and his team truly deserve six stars. I placed a last-minute order with low expectations after years of disappointments. However, the staff communicated clearly, and my order arrived hot and exactly according to the menu selections I made. Thank you! This is especially impressive given it was during a very busy holiday season!
Terrible experience at this Domino's location. After waiting 1.5 hours, the pizza still hadn't arrived. When I called, they said it would take another 30 minutes, and this was on a Tuesday night. The place smelled bad, and the employee was rude over the phone. I will never order from this location again. It's a shame to see Domino's quality declining.
My pizza has been stuck in quality check for an hour. I can't even imagine what's going on over there, but this will definitely be my last order from this restaurant. It's really disappointing.
