I just wanted to express my disappointment in seeing that you don't offer the same specials for in-person customers as you do for online orders. I reconsidered my plans today and decided to come in after I found out I couldn’t place an order in the store. I could have ordered from my car, but I wasn't in that situation, and I’m sure there are others like me who feel the same way. Your restaurant is the only one I frequent regularly. If you view the business as an interruption, I understand, especially during the lunch rush when your team has to pause to assist customers.
