The reason I?m giving 4 stars is because we tried to do a large order for dinner for just our family (7), they told us we had to do a catering order. I?m like it?s just for seven people,the lady was so rude. I had to call back and speak to a different manager to order my food. They said they didn?t know if theyhad enough rice and beans for orders. I said it?s only for seven people I?m not sure why you wouldn?t have enough rice andbeans. I told the owner when I picked up about my experience, and he didn?t care at all. A Mexican fast food restaurant that is way different from the routine chains like Chipotle or Taco Bell. Food is very delicious and tasty. Many varieties of dishes that Carter to ones taste buds. The dishes are so huge you bound to take home some, yummy. Great service, well lit and kids friendly restaurant. The place has very bad echoes inside the restaurant way too much noise levels throughout and had hard time. Probably destined for Coyotes to come and enjoy the valley ; You are probably better off either to go or sit outside.
My wife and I went to Dos Coyotes on the recommendation of my brother-in-law. We were far from disappointed. I am not a fan of salads, but was I surprised with the Adobe Salad. It was so hugh we had to share. It was fresh an with Chicken added as well as mild sauce made it perfect. It is a restaurant where you order at the counter and delivered to your table. I can see us going many time trying different meals. My wife is still talking about even though it's been a hour since leaving. Great job folks!
Finally getting around to a review from a visit a month ago. Walked in, greeting staff was sitting on their phone texting or playing a game and didn?t see or hear us. My husband had to clear his throat to get them to help us. Our waiter seemed annoyedwith us and was not very friendly. The food all had the taste and consistency of refried beans. The salsa was good though.Definitely not worth the price.

The got our order wrong. I ordered a veggie burrito, but as I started eating it I found chunks of meat inside. I took it back to the counter and showed it to them. Instead of apologizing, they were very rude, as if it was my fault. They said they couldnot make another one for me, since they were about to close. They suggested that I remove the meat and eat the rest.
Love their fish tacos and my lady loves their enchiladas. I went last week I got the shrimp burrito it was pretty bland. I'll have to try more stuff from the menu. I'll keep trying stuff out!
Such a fun place to grab a drink or some food! Maybe both if you're feeling adventurous. Staff is friendly, and the inside is decorated so cute!
Good food at a decent price. Tacos were delicious! I had the original tacos with pulled pork and they totally satisfy. Nice salsa bar too.

Tiny spoons for serving sauces. My girlfriend's order had the wrong protein. And mine was just passable, but had virtually no meat in it.
The food is good. It has a fast-food vibe, but I believe the dishes are made to order.
