This was my first time at this restaurant and, to be honest, I would choose Domino's over this place next time. The wait staff seemed inexperienced, from forgetting to take our order upfront to bringing drinks after the food arrived, and even serving us with cracked glassware. The service was quite disappointing. The food was also overpriced in my opinion. The pizza seemed like something I could easily make at home and lacked any taste or flavor. Additionally, after a few bites, we discovered that the meat was not cooked properly (see photo). To top it off, we almost got charged for another table's bill.
This restaurant in Whitfords new dining area is one of the worst places I have been to. It is better to spend your money elsewhere, as there is no staff organization and the place is poorly managed with inattentive and untrained staff. The food is overrated and bland in most cases. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. If I could give it a negative rating, I would give it a minus five. I will not be returning as the food quality is far below acceptable standards.
On September 18th, 2021, we had a very friendly waitress who was always smiling, but she seemed to be overwhelmed by the amount of customers. She could use some assistance. Unfortunately, the restaurant was not very clean, with food debris on the floor. The gnocchi was delicious, but the portion size was quite small. The cheese pizza was okay, but it could have used more cheese.
We waited for 2 hours for our order at Dough. When we called to inquire, the person we spoke to (who sounded rude in the background) informed us that our order had been cancelled due to the long wait time, but they did not inform us about this earlier. We were disappointed with the lack of customer service and will not be ordering from Dough again.

The restaurant was not clean and there were various meals scattered on the shelves. The gnocchi was delicious but the portion was very small. The cheese pizza was decent but could use more cheese.
The service at this restaurant was terrible and disorganized. They didn't bring all of our food out at once, leaving people waiting and feeling uncomfortable. No one checked on us to see if we wanted more drinks. The food was decent, but the service was lacking. Overall, I would rate the food a 6 out of 10 and the service a 3.5 out of 10.
We waited for nearly an hour and all 5 of our meals came out at different times and they were cold and soggy. The drinks weren't cold and the restaurant was understaffed and under equipped to deal with the amount of people that were there. I would not recommend coming here.
I sat down and looked through the menu. I decided to start with the garlic bread, but then they unexpectedly removed all the pasta dishes and only offered pizzas. To make matters worse, I was served the wrong beer. It was a terrible dining experience!

I brought Dough Pizza's to a gathering and everyone loved it! They all raved about how delicious the pizza was. I was very impressed by the great female chef/owner. I highly recommend this place.
The restaurant is great for big groups and the food is delicious! They are also very flexible with splitting the bill.
