I echo Heather's sentiments about the poor service at this restaurant. I visited on Friday the 13th and felt rushed when placing my order. The staff repeatedly asked if I was finished ordering before I was done. Furthermore, the blizzards they served were improperly made with the lids on, resulting in them being soupy. At other Dairy Queen locations, blizzards are served without lids and are much thicker. This seems to be a consistent issue with the quality of blizzards at this location, as mentioned in other negative reviews. I usually do not leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my disappointing experience.
Used to stop here pretty much every time I’m in town running errands but no more. Service is friendly but lines are super long and blizzards are usually all ice cream without the toppings. I always order blizzards for the family and large chocolate dipped cone for myself dipped cone is 9 out of 10 times not a large MAYBE a medium. Also the cones are sometimes stale also. I now make it a point to drive all the way to valley for Dairy Queen now where lines are super short and everything I order is made perfect!
The website indicated that the restaurant closes at 10 pm. However, when I arrived at 9 o'clock after driving for 20 minutes, I found the drive-thru chained and the dining room closed. Despite trying to call, no one answered the phone, and we could see workers inside not working. It seems like they may not prioritize opening at their advertised hours at this Dairy Queen.
Tried to bring my children to grab a treat at the end of the day… I’ve now been trapped in this drive thru for almost an hour!Because the drive thru is laid out the way it is, I can’t leave!I understand being under staffed and I understand sometimes things happen but I worked in food service far too long to ever see being in a drive thru this long!!!

I ordered the number 3 with onion rings . My wife the tossed boneless wings . My burger looked good but tasted bland. The vegetables were not fresh . The blizzards we ordered were great. We waited almost 45 mins from the time we pulled into the parking lot until we recieved our food and left .
prawan on the journey through was beautiful, but the eating was half boiled burger was cold, fries tasted like twirl rings and the cheese on my burger was fresh out of the pack not melted.
Going thru the drive thru wasn't bad. Minimal wait time and good food. Employees were very courteous when taking the order and delivery as well. Very good experience. Thanks!!

People slacking off I came through the drive thru I ask Mackenzie for a lid she was nice about it when she done the blizzard and I ended up seeing hair in my blizzard….
The restaurant was very impressive. The burgers were cooked with great attention to detail, allowing you to taste the smoky flavor of the flames.
