I often travel for work in luxury hotels and I have never found a place so cozy, with incredible personal touches, friendliness of the owner and availability to help with everything. The location is beautiful, central and just a few minutes walk from the lift to the ascent. The rooms are sweet, super comfortable beds, very warm. The restaurant is good and really everyone is friendly, ready to help (I hurt myself during my solo trip and they went far and beyond to help me). This is my second time here and it won't be sure the last as it is to have a little home in Crans. The best hotel ever.

Magnificent location on the edge of a very pretty pond. Our room was spacious and very well appointed. A magnificent view of the snow-capped mountains. All the staff as well as the managers were very friendly and smiling we really appreciated it. The little extra? The sauna and Turkish bath are available for reservation, which is very nice after a good day of skiing. We will return to this hotel without hesitation. Very generous and varied breakfast. The decoration with all these wooden animals is magnificent. The beer brewed on site was excellent.
I happened to visit the place in particular circumstances, having accompanied the owners who were affected by an adverse event. The place is lovely, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the vibrant nature that surrounds it. The owners are wonderful and super helpful people, who offered me to refresh myself and rest at their facility despite having no obligation to do so. I have visited dozens of mountain hotels and this one is particularly exceptional. The establishment is really very nice, right in front of the lake with parking and the service is incredible and the welcome from the owners is great. Small downside for breakfast because few pastries/braids. For the rest 10/10 I recommend
