The staff here are the best around Geneva, seriously, you can tell they care about their customers even if they weren’t buying anything. We sat outside waiting for my daughter and husband whom were inside deciding on which chocolate to buy and one of their staff (female) noticed myself and my other kids from the window, the next thing we saw was her coming towards us to offer us free chocolate, it was so good I went in to buy more Getting inside the shop we were welcomed with other amazing staff who were so welcoming and tolerance of my son that was all over the place, the male staff said “He’s fine, he’s not bothering us with a genuine smile on his face”.
