Been many times before, today was a disaster from go! First the waitress asked if my partner wanted bacon on a vegan burger, then brought tap water with a dirty jug full of bits. Then they brought my Childs meal which was covered in salt. Then they brought my Chicken burger with a missing extra piece of chicken. When asked how long it would take to rectify, the waitress simply said I dunno and walked off. leaving me there with no food while my child spat out the overly salted chips in disgust. Honestly I was outraged, we stood up and left. The service was below acceptable and the place was empty... so no excuse for rubbish service. No apology or anything. You could easily walk past this 'Dub kitchen Bar ' Dubbing Good Food restaurant not knowing that it serves really good food with a very friendly service. The inside is much nicer than the outside would suggest. There is a bar at the back of the dining area on the ground floor and a small dining area upstairs, where the toilets are located. The drinks and food menu are varied serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, hot cold non alcoholic drinks. Unlike other eating places, they also provide a jug of water (free) and their opening hours are longer than some others in the area, so like us, you can pop in for a late lunch! What a great place! I came along for the 'Reggae Roast ', and both the music and West Indian platter were top, top tier. Rather than just smothering the jerk chicken in sauce, there was a real depth of flavour, and the tunes the DJs played were on point all day long a perfect Sunday afternoon (and evening). It 's rare to find a bar so welcoming, with that community spirit and little extra touches of magic. Small, colourful details decorate the chalkboards, and a heartfelt tribute to a passed regular got me right in the feels. There 's a real sense of warmth and comfort in your surroundings, and Steady Rolling Man on tap is always a winner too. Can 't wait until the next visit.

Stayed at the Queens Hotel 50 yards away. The food at Dubbing was fabulous. We will be coming back to both places. We had a sharing platter to start. Absolutely delicious. Lovely dining experience.

Lovely service and delicious noodle dish. The chips that came with burger were burnt. The portions were generous but with London prices. It would be great to have smaller and cheaper portions.

Great food, Freya was really friendly and we didn’t go hungry. Family lunch with two primary age children on a Monday in the summer holidays.
