I'm sure you all know how Dunks as a whole has been lately. Hit or miss to say the least. Which is NOT on the employees at the stores whatsoever. Lack of deliveries and supplies doesn't make it easy on them. Well the people working at this location on Valentine's Day around 1pm were nothing but professional, fast and courteous. I actually made a mistake in the app and they fixed it for me no questions asked. Coffee is always on point too. There's a few Dunks within a 5 mile radius in this area and I think I've made this one my home store. To the employees working that day and time..I'm sorry I forget your names but thank you for giving me back the hope I've lost in Dunks recently. A+ Thanks...

I really dislike waiting 30 minutes for just one coffee in the drive-thru, especially when there are only six cars ahead of me and three in the parking lot. I think a simple “Sorry for the wait” would have been more appropriate than being told to come inside next time to help or to go somewhere else. There always seem to be problems at this location, so I probably should have expected this. Maybe it is time to take that advice and go elsewhere.

I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru line just to place my order, and then another 15 minutes to reach the pickup window. I can't understand how my order of 2 small coffees and some assorted munchkins wasn't ready when I arrived. I ended up waiting an additional 5 minutes at the window for such a simple order to be prepared.

I had to wait 20 minutes for my mobile order, despite there being five employees on duty who weren't even tending to the line in the lobby. I might just have to invest in a Keurig for convenience! As for parking, employees take up several spots right in front of the store. Réservez une table maintenant

This place was great! New to Bridgewater and have been looking for a new primary Dunks, and this is easily the one. The staff were all so friendly and so prompt and hardworking, and the food and coffee was great! Would recommend :
