I’m giving one star to the young Black gentleman and the Latina lady who work weekday mornings—they’re the only bright spots. The missing four stars are due to inaccurate stock information on the app, a manager who once told me they didn’t have dairy-free ice cream even though I was looking right at it, a nearly unusable drive-thru speaker, other staff members who are extremely rude, and consistently incorrect drink orders. This Dunkin’ is only good for emergencies or donuts. Otherwise, it’s not worth it and will likely ruin your day!
I ordered a large iced caramel macchiato, but it turned out to be mostly cream—roughly two-thirds cream and just a quarter coffee. I asked if they could correct it, and they added a shot of espresso; however, they forgot to include ice, so the drink was warm. I also ordered two avocado toasts, but they accidentally handed them to the car in front of me. I saw them take the toasts back through the window before finally giving them to me.
The staff at this restaurant genuinely prioritize their customers' satisfaction. They consistently show respect and kindness to everyone. My orders are always precise and exactly as I requested. The team is well-trained and exceptionally friendly! The restaurant maintains a high level of cleanliness, which I can confirm since I visit every day. I really prefer this location over others, as none of them measure up.
The staff at Dunkin' seem indifferent and often ignore specific instructions on orders. Drinks are frequently only filled halfway, and I even saw an entire clear garbage bag full of donuts left on the floor. The overall experience does not reflect well on Dunkin's menu quality or service.

I can't express enough how wonderful the young lady at the counter was this morning. I was feeling a bit lost, and she graciously gave me directions. She was incredibly understanding of my situation. I only wish I had remembered her name.
A huge shoutout to the incredible Black woman who worked the drive-thru! She made my ice cream cone with such care and attention. I was so eager to enjoy it that I couldn't even wait to take a picture!
