Had a craving today for a cappuccino blast and since I was in the area, decided to stop by. The drive thru cashier was friendly and well mannered. He asked me to park up front and the drinks (two blasts, one original one caramel) will be delivered to our car. A red headed employee came out with just one blast and I informed her we had two. She went back in and came out again with an attitude and handed me the drink and tried to give me the straw and ended up dropping it on the floor and walked away. Did not apologize, did not offer another straw. Both drinks do not taste like coffee at all they just taste like cream and they were not what we ordered. Do not recommend coming here.
I attempted to visit a few times at 5:40 AM since I start work at 6 AM and this location is convenient for me. However, each time I stopped by, everything was closed—the open sign was off, the interior lights were dark, and only a couple of times were they actually open. According to their website and app, the drive-thru should open at 5 AM from Monday to Saturday. In the last two days, they were open, but when I tried to stop by today, they were closed again. I'm not sure if they're short-staffed, but I'll be looking for a different Dunkin' from now on.
Asked for a hot tea. Allergic to coffee beans. Was given a cup of coffee with tea bags in it? Took one sip and spit it out quickly. Mouth sores from an allergic reaction!! Asked owner to call instead a kid called and pretended to be the owner? Had to report this location To the corporate company. Super sadNever trust what you get there. They should lose their license! How do you take my order, then turn around not even 60 seconds later and ask me what I ordered??? Then get an attitude when I told you it's not my job to remind you of what I ordered. And stop putting Donuts that have icing in a paper bag, just doesn't make sense!

The people here are so rude. They act like my mere presence annoys them. Sometimes I'm in the middle of ordering and they just randomly walk away without saying a word. They don't know good customer service and I would never recommend this location to anyone.
I'm so excited! This place always excels at their pumpkin spice offerings! It's my favorite spot; they outshine Starbucks any day!
I gave 3 stars because I only ordered a coffee and the cashier completed the customer after me entire breakfast order.
I've been coming to this place for six years, maybe even longer. Their Caramel Iced Lattes are always perfect!
