Hooters Melrose Park

Received a text saying my table was ready, when it wasn't. Was told we can only be seated with a reservation, as we're waiting to be seated a large group shows up and is seated without a reservation the same time we're FINALLY seated. The waitress took my tables order first but the large group received they're order before my table of three. We spent almost two hours here. Terrible service from both waitress and manager

Got our food first, then drinks. Asked for ranch, didn’t get it until the end. And getting the check took even longer

Food (chicken) was not fresh at all and tasted dry, waitress was rude and not helpful. Overall terrible experience
