Do not go to this Dunkin’ under any circumstances. I went to use the bathroom today and it was absolutely FILTHY. The toilet seat was up and when I put it down to use it there was a huge pile of feces on the back of the toilet and paper towels covered in feces and urine overflowing from the garbage can. This bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The sink was also nasty. Can you imagine how the kitchen and the food prep at this location is?!? ??? I threw my hot peppermint mocha latte straight into the garbage and went home and immediately took a shower.
Bro serious attitude problems here. All these positive comments gotta be meant for the dunkins in shoprite cuz these employees got serious attitude problems it don't matter how nice u are they still try to argue make excuses and catch a tone with you. It's like saying no to a spoiled 6 yr old, they straight throw a tantrum. There's less attitude in all of New York.
Guffing around, not a care in the world about professional behavior, one of the employees I recognize since pretty much regular customer, in an out. Today terrible customer service.Update: Frequent at this location feel comfortable updating my rating!

Great Dunkin Donuts! Staff is super friendly. Service is fast! This place is busy and is handled very efficiently! The food and coffee quality is standard for D&D. The store is always clean whenever I’ve been here.
I was surprised to see the store looking so unkempt, the one worker that was there was also unkempt looking, I understand everyone deserves to work but in a food drink establishment cleanliness is necessary.
I had a fantastic experience at this Wharton location. The staff is very friendly, and the doughnuts were fresh, delicious, and a great value for the price. They always make you feel like a friend.
I’m sorry I get everyone needs a job but the unkept hair and uncleanliness is disappointing as well as her hair touched my food and I asked for new and she did not give me any.
