I would have given this place more stars however the gentleman this morning was extremely rude. His colleague was taking my order and then the coworker comes with another customer THAT ALREADY ORDERED and starts taking her TALKING over his coworker and ME. If she needed something else she could have waited they already got out of line and if he needed to assist her all her had to do was say excuse me. Its rude to just be spoken over. I work walking distance and WILL NOT BE WALKING THERE. I work in customer service train staff to respect EVERYONE Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of Dunkin' locations in the Boston area. The service was quick and friendly. Despite only being in town for a few days, the barista remembered our orders from the previous day! The muffins were large and tasty. The donuts we tried on an earlier visit were fairly average compared to other bakery donuts. Overall, it was a pleasant and efficient breakfast experience.

I used to really enjoy Dunkin' Donuts when I was younger, but now I can't stand it. The donuts aren't great, and the coffee tastes watered down and unpleasant.
