Customer service at this location SUCK… they’re rude, they’ll give you what they want not what you asked for, you can either take it or leave… mainly the morning crew, it’s like they’re doing you a favor. I been there couple times until I realized it a routine for them. Never
Came here 6 months ago and thought it would be faster but I was wrong. Made a mobile order for a simple coffee and had to wait over 20 minutes after arriving. They are not at all worried about mobile orders here and are focused on window service.
I wouldn't recommend this place. They rarely have doughnuts available, and the staff is unprofessional and unfriendly. Additionally, the location feels unsafe due to the presence of drug-related issues in the area.
Always a fantastic experience! Currently, the lobby is undergoing renovations, so only the drive-thru is available. They will be closed for about a month starting around March 3rd to complete the work. Réservez une table maintenant
I took my grandson to get donuts and hot chocolate, but the woman behind the counter was extremely rude and refused to assist us. I definitely won’t be returning, even if they offered to pay me!
Worst donuts in Lake County Florida all were not fresh dry nasty no frosting would not recommend ?
From the North the DD is a little different. This was the closest to the North yet. Too good.
