Dunkin' - Réserver une table

I ordered a salted caramel brew. When I got it, did not have the burnt sugar on top. When I asked for it, woman said they have been out of it for 2 weeks and there is nothing she could do. I suggested that she should have mentioned it to me when I ordered. She shrugged her shoulders and moved on. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Pretty decent overall, good and friendly service. Occasional staffing issues mean it might be unexpectedly closed or the drive through wait might be long. Plan in advance for a wait if stopping by during morning rush hour. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

It was 6:28 pm on a Sunday night stopping to get coffee , went through the drive thru no one answered that so went to front of store got out and doors where locked. But the store hours said they were open until 7:00pm, not good customer service.
