Dunkin' - Réservation de table

This is the absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts probably world wide. I have never met a more rude staff in my life. The man told me there’s no counter service and forced me to use the kiask. The drive thru line was too long I guess. He then told me “I don’t have time for this” when I told him he forgot my whipped cream. He told me I didn’t order donuts even though my receipt clearly said I did. Every time I go there I have a problem with the little Indian guy. He sticks his finger in your face, holds his hand up to you. He is so rude. If he “doesn’t have time” to do his job properly maybe he needs to be fired. I don't understand how a place could be so bad. I never had a bad coffee. my order was so bad in the last months. I ordered plant milk for my ice cream and cold foam in the app and when I went to pick up my order, they told me that they were from the extras I ordered and offered replacements that were not the extra $1 I had ordered. I chose everything they gave me and it was so rough. I called to ask if I could get a refund and the load manager offered me a new drink, but I just want my money back. the drinks are never mixed and I wait to order between the visit - only enough time to forget how terrible it was. I ordered the same thing yesterday and it had foam on top. Today, I ordered it again and there was no foam. In the past, I have made other orders that were incorrect or tasted terrible, so I was surprised when this happened once again. It's frustrating how I specifically requested cold foam and it wasn't even on the coffee.

I had a negative experience at the restaurant today when I tried to purchase a specific dish and they were unhelpful. Even the manager seemed indifferent to my presence. I was with my children and they refused to refund my money, only offering to give me a different donut after making me wait for 20 minutes. Réservez une table maintenant

My grandson and I visited this store twice after school. The store was clean and their Doughnuts, Cakes, and Ice Creams were well displayed. The added highlights were the employees interactions with my grandson. They were hospitable, engaging and funny.

I ordered a basic iced coffee and somehow they made it taste like garbage, I have no idea how. I have had this coffee before with no issues. It was awful and I will not be returning. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Always prefer this one over the one on greenpond. My coffee always tastes the same and they always mix it instead of leaving everything sitting at the bottom.
