I visit this restaurant almost daily for coffee, but I have to say that most of the staff do not seem very competent. The only employees who appear to be dedicated are the Spanish woman with red hair and the larger white woman. I observed an older Indian woman taking a one-hour break during a busy time, while an older male employee offloaded all his responsibilities onto the one girl who had obviously been working hard throughout the day. Additionally, there was another older male employee who didn't return from the back when the restaurant was busy. Clean and good location for in and out. Experience was not that great, the lady in the front took a long time just moving change over from one register to another, couldn't Input the order in system and had another person come to do it. Have them cash and they said no do you have a card. I said I didn't and he begrudgingly gave me change. Good also took a long time in comparison to the amount of customers and compared to other d&d
Online pricing is apparently outdated. I based my purchase partially on that price when I placed my order a day in advance. When picking up the next day at exactly the time I req'd not only wasn't it ready but I was being charged more. I pointed out the pricing discrepancy to the staff. They refused to honor the online price: Box O' Joe $14.99 online, I was charged $19.99.
Quick (usually) friendly service. Even if there are a lot of people in line the staff usually gets everyone through quickly. If you are a regular, they will learn your order in a few days. I use the app to order ahead rarely wait. Weekday mornings are usually pretty busy from 8-9. Weekends around 10 am can be VERY busy so plan accordingly.

The staff at this restaurant are very pleasant and the establishment has more seating options than the typical chain restaurant. My coffee was prepared quickly and there is plenty of parking available. The only downside is that the parking lot is in need of repair. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.
I never had any issues with this Dunkin' Donuts. My orders were always accurate and prepared promptly. The staff may not be very talkative, but they are not rude and they make sure the restaurant stays clean, even during busy times with a lot of customers and students.
Bought a large latte plus 8 other coffees. Didnt bother checking the inside since Im buying 9 coffee. When my brother checked his large latte, this is what he got. So much for a large cup of latte. Friendly advise, check each cup to see if they fill up each cup.

Smaller size Dunkin Donuts with 4 tables and a counter. Also a slightly smaller selection of donuts and other baked goods. Still your familiar Dunkin quality and taste. The service was fast and efficient. The facility was modern and clean.
No one there hard to park not much help no doughnuts after a certain hour
