Several weeks ago I visited this location to order a medium iced latte. Instead of giving me a medium iced latte the employee proceeded to give me a large latte. When I pointed this out he said not to worry about it as though I was getting a deal in other words I would be paying the price of a medium iced latte even though the size was a large. I decided at that point not to push back, however, when I got to my car I noticed that I was charged for a large size. I then proceeded to go back into the store and complain. For Munchkins, they offer a box of 25 and a box of 50 (better price). I ordered 50, but I asked them to put them in 2 different boxes because I was going to give them to 2 different groups. They wanted to charge me for 2 boxes of 25 which would cost more than 1 box of 50. I'm buying the same amount but I have to pay a premium if I want it packaged differently? I told them that is a ripoff and left. I will not go back.

In 2009 I was lifetime banned from this DD in Devon, PA for telling the owner the coffee he poured for me was lukewarm and not hot. He screamed at me to never come back.Remember me sir? I ordered coffee but I got a cold coffee from the service and I told her can you make me a new coffee and she said yes I will make you new coffee but she just hit up old coffee and give me the same one .
