If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. They didn’t know how to scan my barcode, so I missed out on earning points. I ordered a drink, and they made it incorrectly. Then, they made me drive around to wait behind four more cars. Even after that, they returned my drink without fixing it and didn’t give me any change. They also put real sugar in it instead of Splenda, which I can’t have. It was just a complete waste of time and money, and I won’t be coming back!
This dunkin is too slow. How can you put 2 ppl in the morning when it's the busiest time. It is ridiculous how you have to wait 30 mins for dunkin. Several times already I wait in line and I am forced to leave because of time. I've seen many customers do this. Manager or owner should do something, find more efficient ways to get the morning moving. Very disappointing.
How hard can it be to toast a bagel and spread cream cheese on it? Apparently, it’s quite a challenge! My bagel wasn't toasted at all; instead, it was stale, and the cream cheese had bits of seeds mixed in. Regardless of the price I pay, I would still appreciate a simple "thank you." It’s just two words, and it shouldn’t be difficult to say.
I always have an issue with this Store, If i placed an order with them is because I love the Matcha Tea but the people in this Store always forget something, this is a very bad service, I always use Uber eats but the people in the restaurant prepare it. Réservez une table maintenant
I can order a cappuccino the same way 5 times and all 5 times the cappuccino will be completely different. I don't expect high quality coffee at a Dunkin but I do expect some level of consistency. The staff does seem hard working and friendly though.
Everything was OK, except the one person who was taking care of my order couldn't make a hot sweet tea no lemon, it took her 4times to add sugar and it still wasn't sweet I had to take
The bacon I got was burnt the wrap I received still had the parchment paper foe the cheese slices they used inside!! Disgusting!
Understaffed .. I waited more than half an hour for my coffee..Disorganized. Management has to add more staff. Réservez une table maintenant
Coffee is always fresh and the toilets are always nice and clean. Nice staff and a great service.
