This location does not serve items posted on their menu. Meaning the menu posted above your head- in your face- when you are standing in line. Waited in line for 15 min for a specific coffee item that was listed on the menu only for them to tell me they don?t carry that item here- ever. Not impressed with this great wolf lodge so far. Have stayed at the one in Grapevine TX 6 other times before this and the customer service and quality at that facility blows this one out of the water.
The worst ever! The people that work here have horrible attitudes. They are rude and disrespectful. Your lucky if they even take your order. I was at the speaker ordering and when I stated I had a separate order the guy taking my order says ?you can?t addorders at the window!? Lol. One day one person may add an extra charge for extra creme or swirl and another person not do it thenext.
We bought gift cards for the kids and grandkids to use. They would not accept gift cards and this was a huge inconvenience. Need to put that on the great wolf website !! Staff was not pleasant or apologetic for the inconvenience either. Drinks weren’t as good as other Dunkins.
The staff is very friendly, but they definitely need to work on their speed when serving customers. I understand that they are often training new employees, and those newcomers require time to get up to speed, but efficient time management is crucial in the coffee business. Tried to stop and get a mid morning coffee and I was told I either need to download the app and order or go through the drive through. Absolutely ridiculous and lazy, they have a very large lobby for absolutely no reason
Way better than the terrible breakfast experience at the great wolf lodge breakfast place. I've never liked their coffee much but the donuts were very fresh and really good, as were the breakfast sandwiches.
The restaurant mentioned they close at 9, but their website states they close at 10. If the closing time is indeed 10, then they should update their website accordingly.
I experienced an exceptionally long wait in the drive-thru, and when I finally got my order, it was wrong. Réservez une table maintenant
The staff is outstanding, and everyone is incredibly friendly! Everything I receive is always fresh.
