this place has gone down hill. i live around the corner and travel further to go to an alternative dunkin donuts. the staff here are completely immature and unrpofessional. granted they are a bunch of kids, but they act like children. my most recent visit a friend and i had ordered for pick up through the app. a coolata with whipped cream, some coffee for her and 2 donuts, specififcally a powdered donut and maple frosted. we get there (at 6am mind you) and they dont have powdered donuts but replaced it without asking, with a vanillla cream filled instead of just asking when we got there. on top of that, my friend procedes to declare her alternative choice and they procede to charge her for i...
Initially, my problems began with my mobile orders. Despite ordering an hour in advance each time, my order was never ready upon arrival. I was confused about this and often had to wait, which made me quite unhappy. I later learned that there's an issue with their ordering system: even if you place your order days in advance, the staff only receives a notification 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. I had no way of knowing this beforehand, and the staff’s response to my concerns was neither helpful nor warranted.

I really dislike leaving negative reviews, and I understand how hectic things can get, especially at Dunkin'. However, my recent experience was quite disappointing. I had a bad feeling right from the drive-thru, as the staff member taking my order seemed very snappy. When I got to the window, I was handed a small drink instead of a large. Normally, I wouldn't mind, given how busy it was, but when I brought it up, the employee responded quite rudely—she rolled her eyes and told me that I had only been charged for the small and instructed me to pull forward. Came in for a Sourdough bacon egg and cheese. After realizing I got 3 halfs of bacon slices for a big sandwich went back and was told corporate orders them 3 slices. Corporate I ask, not the owner of the franchise. Been to many DD 's never been given this little. Just enough for a croissant maybe, not what I ordered. Told me pay for more bacon. Never again. Didn 't threw away because cause running low on sugar. BEWARE corporate greed at its best. You would think they 're paying out of their own pockets. Very comfrontational staff. The staff was quite rude, and there are no public restrooms, despite it being a legal requirement. Additionally, the parking lot is terrible. I understand it's a small town, but once you park, you're essentially trapped. The young employees at the front were extremely snappy and unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.
As a doordasher, I go to many dunkin locations. The staff are always yelling and extremely rude and they do not let customers, and yes dashers, use their bathroom. Go to any of the dunkins on metacom, you'll have a better experience and value for your money, plus a bathroom.

These folks screw up my order more than any Dunkin I've ever experienced. I have received the incorrect food and or drink 30% of the time here. Always headed to work, so never have time to go get my money back or get my proper items.
