The current level of ineptitude at this local dunkin is abysmal. The food tastes ok, the front area is fairly clean and organized, however the problem arises when you get behind the counter. Over the past 6 weeks I have been to this dunkin at multiple times during the day and I have found that the location is dangerously understaffed and ill trained. Oftentimes there would be just one person for hours at a time manning every station, with no manager, and no support. This is bad however it seems management has failed in its attempt to provide adequate training for its employees, who are the face of the franchise, not the manager or owner. I just got off a 8 hour shift and walked to this Dunkin'. I waited in line for a good while as she was doing something's but didn't place any orders. A man walked in without a mask after me. She told him to get a mask so he left to get one. When she was like greeted me with a yell a tired to keep calm as she obviously was having a shitty time. She then said the man arrived before me, of course I yelling. Luckily the man corrected her saying I arrived before. I don't know was she had to glare at me, maybe because I'm guy with painted nails but I definitely felt uncomfortable. When I asked for a white mocha she couldn't understand me, even when I pointed it out as the second to last hot bevera...
I ordered a refresher and, upon getting home, discovered a dead bug in my drink. When I called the restaurant to report it, the man who answered was dismissive and simply said, "Yeah? So what?" before hanging up on me. I tried calling back, but he continued to disconnect the calls. Eventually, I called from a different phone and insisted that he not hang up on me. He responded by telling me to come back for a replacement, but I explained that I was already home. His response was to tell me to stop bothering him because he was busy, and then he hung up again. This was the rudest customer service experience I have ever encountered.
When I arrived at this location, the doors were locked even though it was an hour before closing time. The order screen was completely red, indicating that orders weren't being handled, and there was no staff anywhere to be found. The last time I visited, my coffee was made incorrectly. On another occasion, the woman at the counter didn’t understand anything I was saying, even when I clearly requested a medium iced cold brew. Overall, this place is terrible, and I have no plans to return. It's just not worth it!

I just visited this Dunkin' Donuts for the first time, and I'm really impressed. The store is clean and well-organized. For instance, I noticed they have a sale on Dunkin' Donuts coffee. I inquired about whole bean coffee, and although they don't carry it, they offered to order it for me next time. I feel the same way as other reviewers; the staff is friendly and attentive to customer needs.
Let's face it. A tuna sandwich from D&D sounds skeptical, right? Wrong, wrong, oh so wrong. The tuna on a lightly toasted croissant is scrumptious. The lady preparing it changed her gloves everytime she handled the croissant, the tuna container, or the wrapper. Totally hygienic. Like magic, the sandwich disappeared in the stomach.
I stopped by for a quick coffee and decided to try their new egg bites as well. The woman working there was all alone and she was incredibly sweet. The coffee was a bit burnt, which seems to be typical for Dunkin'. However, the egg bites were absolutely delicious—definitely a strong competitor to Starbucks!
How many Dunks does it take to get to the center of a donut? Two by my estimation, but come hell or high water, I will continue my research.

I wouldn't trust this manager even with a lemonade stand. It seems like a different person is showing up to work every day.
The staff here are incredibly friendly and always recognize what I want as soon as I arrive. I absolutely love this place!
