Unfortunately, one of my favorite Dunkin' locations has quickly become my least favorite in just a matter of days. I experienced two consecutive days where my mobile orders appeared to have been discarded by an employee. It wasn't until I spoke up about my wait that they started sifting through other crumpled orders. Even after that, the staff member couldn't find my order, so I had to tell her what I had ordered: 8 munchkins, half jelly and half glazed. When I finally checked my order, I found that not only did I receive only 6 donut holes, but they were also incorrect. Go in 2 hours before they close....got told they won't make me hot coffee because they're cleaning the machine… seems like you don't close for an hour probably not the best idea to start cleaning the machines... Not the first time I've had rude and or bad experience at this location… Id avoid at all costs try the market across the street for coffee and donuts...
I have had several negative experiences at this restaurant. One time, I received a wake-up wrap that had mold on it. The staff also seem to misunderstand my requests selectively, resulting in the wrong order almost every time.
If you need your afternoon pick me up iced coffee or Dunkin Refresher go see Jeff. His energy is contagious. Dare I say it lifts my mood more than the caffeine fix?? Kudos to Jeff for always brightening my day
