I ordered a large matcha latte, and not even 30 seconds later—before the cashier could read my order back to me—I decided to change it to a medium instead. The cashier communicated my request to one of the baristas in another language, mentioning both "large" and "medium" in English. However, the barista, who had already started preparing the order, began yelling "large, large" in a harsh tone repeatedly, despite the cashier trying to explain that I simply wanted to change my order.
I even said, "If it’s too late, I’m fine with being charged for the large. I don’t want to cause any trouble." The barista continued to shout "LARGE" six times, glaring at me as if I had done something terribly...
I didn't end up making a purchase at this restaurant because they informed me that my reward was invalid for the items I wanted to order. They also weren't willing to assist me in figuring out what I could use my reward on. The service was very disappointing!
The morning staff was rude and the place seemed dirty. They never returned while serving my coffee, which was quite disappointing. The behavior of the employees, particularly the woman at the register, was off-putting. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
I wouldn’t recommend this Dunkin’. I’ve visited twice in a row, and both times my drink order was incorrect. It seems like there might be a communication issue between the cashier taking orders and the staff preparing them. Just my observation.

The coffee was terrible. You really should taste it before serving it to customers. I don't understand why some places struggle with making coffee. All I requested was a coffee with cream and sugar—not just a cup full of cream.
The restaurant is nice, but I was disappointed to find out there is no senior discount. The prices were surprising and I feel they should consider those who may have difficulty affording a meal.
This place is excellent and consistently spotless! I stop by every morning for my coffee and truly enjoy it. The manager is wonderful as well!
Rather dingy, and could have been cleaner. The coffee and donuts we're typical Dunkin', but the place itself was rather down at the heels.
