Feel free to drop by if you want to get cops called on you for trespassing We dropped by for coffee on 09/30 at 9:45 at 10:00 young lady comes by to say we close at 10:00 we politely say sure we want you to go home on time and step outside to finish the coffee while having coffee in the parking lot two squad cars roll in they talk to the employees and tell us we are trespassing. The employees failed to tell them the two gents that were arguing with them had already left. You bet never going to this establishment ever again a word of caution steer clear unless you want to be accused of trespassing too for buying coffee and drinking it outside.

Young lady tells us at 10:00 and we politely say sure we don’t want you to be closing late and step outside in the parking lot to finish the coffee. Two squad cars roll in and talk to the employees and come to tell us we are trespassing and we have to leave or will be charged for trespassing. We are in shock as the employees did not have the common sense to tell them the two gentleman who had argued with them had already left. Guess never wondering into this establishment ever again. You all need to be careful too.
Worst customer service. I wanted to buy a cake and they refuse to write the name on the cake. This is after I waited 6 minutes for them to stop having their personal conversation and ring me up. Another customer wanted ice cream and no one wanted to served him the ice cream. As all the employees were more busy standing at the register watching one of their coworkers refused to write the name on the cake. Although, the manager informed him over the phone to write the name on the cake, the employee still refused and didn’t try once to write the name. Horrible service
Great service. I had an issue with my app changing pickup time for my order. I called as soon as I hit submit and got a women who assured me she would leave a note on my receipt. The next morning I called to confirm my very large order. It was made ready and waiting by the time I arrived. The nice gentlemen helped me carry all of the food to the car. He took such good care. The staff were friendly and so kind. 10/10 for me!!!! They totally saved my meeting!

absolutely worst dunkin. service is terrible, they can simply not work efficiently. second, what a DAMN-SERASON for the DECAF-Ist! they can find the health competitions on the look for what is decaf. also, not extra for kokosmilch and half a piece in there. the inability to this place is amazing and management must participate.
I regularly place mobile orders at this restaurant, and the drive-thru service is always quick. The staff members are consistently friendly, and I've never encountered any issues with my orders.
Doesn't have flavors. I used to order here all the time and now, every time I order something, it always gets cancels. DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU WANTA VARIETY OF FLAVORS
I have faced issues multiple times with my phone order. The staff keeps making Tik Tok videos (saw few times) with no courtesy, Worst Dunkin’ ever.
