I went in here for a gift card and the person working the register could not have been more miserable. Didn't say one word to me just stared at me. So I told her I needed a gift card and what amount: she gets a gift card and says how much. I literally just told her but fine maybe she didn't hear me. I then tell her the amount and she just takes my money and hands me the gift card. Not have a nice day thank or anything. We are ALL going through something but I would NEVER be allowed to bring my problems to work. I'm not asking you to kiss my a but a hello and thank you would be nice. I won't be back.
I would like to thank this particular Dunkin for finally making me realize that there is absolutely no reason to go to ANY Dunkin in the city of Brockton or in general tbh. This was the last hope to receive any consistency, which unfortunately now has converted into a model of inconsistency like the rest of Dunkins in Brockton- rude staff, wrong orders (3 this wk alone and if actually correct, food is over/under cooked. So thank you for allowing me to save over $40/ wk and $2K a year going forward simply by never letting Dunkin ruin a morning treat ever again:
The coffee and food here are excellent, but I had a frustrating experience recently. When I tried to dine in, I was told that the registration system wasn't working. I was directed to pay at the drive-thru cash machine using my phone, as I wanted to use my perks. However, I didn’t feel comfortable handing over my phone for that. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won’t be returning for a while.
Very rude staff. Angry light skin lady rudely interrupted her colleague trying to take my order and then proceeded to insult me at the window. Although I had a good experience with the gentleman on the mic, she rudely interrupted and continued to harass me when she wasn’t even taking my order. Very weird…

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The staff member I interacted with was not very friendly, and her demeanor left much to be desired. It makes you wonder how someone could be in that role for so long.
