I requested an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese from the Indian lady manager who served me. A few minutes later, a Spanish girl approached and asked what I was waiting for. I told her I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese, but she prepared the bagel without toasting it. When I pointed out that it needed to be toasted, she took the bagel and heated it in the microwave instead. When I received the bagel, I realized it hadn't been toasted at all; it was simply warmed up in the microwave. It felt like she did that on purpose to get me out of the way. This was very unprofessional and resulted in poor service overall!
I would.give negative 5 stars after the customer service my witnessed this morning. I have had issues in the past where when placing a order and you couldn't hear the lady behind the cash register would speak to softly and I had to ask what she said and she would get a nasty attitude. Today my wife witness them serve a customer coffee with sour milk. Then the argued with the customer over the milk being sour. The coffee my wife was served tasted like it was reused coffee grounds not fresh. Threw that coffee out and took her to Divi Tree. Where the customer service is excellent and coffee is fresh not reused.
Better check the screen for your order before you pull ahead. This is the third time I ordered a extra large coffee with caramel and they did 1 shot of caramel instead of 5. The morning team does it perfect every day. Three times the personnel from 3 to 4 pm did it wrong. Plus there were 10 teenage girls in the store and they were sooooo loud you couldn't think. Recommend for the morning but not late afternoon.
I can hardly believe how much smaller their donuts have become. They used to be so large that a dozen would perfectly fill the box with no extra space. Now, the donuts are so tiny that you could almost finish one in just three bites. It's disappointing to pay more for so much less. I recommend looking elsewhere if you want to enjoy good donuts.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Dunkin' yesterday. The coffee was watery and bland, the donut was stale and dry, and the service was slow and rude. I felt like I wasted my money and time on a subpar experience. I do not recommend Dunkin' to anyone looking for a quality breakfast or snack.
They never got my order straight in the drive through the many times i've tried. I gave up trying. I'll go to the other Dunkin' that get the order straight
The worst coffee I've had in my life. Extremely stale and burnt, had to bin it after one sip. I'm shocked anyone could serve this to a paying
