This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. I told them I didn’t want ice in my tea, but they tried to charge me extra for it. I hope a supervisor or manager sees this because I want to speak with them. It’s ridiculous, and this is the only location that gives me such a hard time about no ice. They also stopped providing lemon, so I have to take it home to add myself. That’s not my fault. Avoid the Dunkin' on Richmond Avenue by Amboy—it’s the worst, and the staff even yells at you.
I was really disappointed with my experience at 3845 Richmond Avenue. Twice this week, they prepared an order through Grubhub for an extra-large tea, light and sweet, but both times I received coffee instead, even though the cup was labeled correctly. It's frustrating because this seems to happen frequently. Fortunately, Grubhub issues refunds for their mistakes, but honestly, how difficult can it be to make a cup of tea?
I'm not sure if this is the right Dunkin' near the Eltingville railway station, but I definitely won't be coming back! I spent seven dollars on two dry muffins and a stale croissant. It was the worst Dunkin' experience I've ever had! The menu was disappointing, and I had to throw away the muffins and croissant, which felt like a complete waste of money.
Absolutely filthy. First of all the staff has an attitude with their customers! I ordered a coffee and a dozen donuts for my children. When we got home and opened the box, not one but two cockroaches came out of the box. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I stopped by at 10:30 on Saturday, August 13, 2022, and ordered four coffees. The woman who took my order had an unfriendly tone, as if I was bothering her. This was my last visit to this unkempt establishment; the place was absolutely filthy.
I get coffee from this place every weekend, and they never fail to disappoint with their coffee. I order through the app, and my order is typically ready in about two minutes. Occasionally, I’ve had to wait longer than five minutes when the store is busy, but that’s to be expected.
Dunkin' is one of my favorite spots! I've always had a great experience here. The customer service is outstanding, and the service is fast. Their menu offers something for everyone. Food rating: 5/5.
I order here frequently before jumping on the bus and my order is always ready just about every time. Also my order has always been correct and the staff is very nice. I appreciate them. Réservez une table maintenant
