Today I went for a vanilla chai on 8/28/2019 at 8 am, when I was offered the hot vanilla chai I politely requested if I can have a cold one, the server over the counter was very rude and constantly arguing with the staff, eventually the rest of the staff were much well behaved than the server and they replaced with a cold one, if anyone reads the review find the name of the server, she might be Indian and in her 40s, she should be taught customer sevice skills, she doesn't have any awareness, mannerism, she sucks, in her job.
Places a large order a day. This situation had packed everything and ready to go when we went to pick it up. They even offered us a free ice cream coffee and helped bring the food and drinks into the car. I highly recommend this place.
The customer service is excellent, and the afternoon service is quick. The staff is always friendly. However, the morning service can be a bit slower, so it's a good idea to allow extra time for long lines.
The staff was incredible! I only gave them 5 minutes to prepare a large order of 50 items, and they had it all packed and ready to go at the door. They were very helpful and friendly. Absolutely fantastic!

Happy DD I've ever... The staff is always happy and polite... They greet all with a smile and call most of their customers with names...
I absolutely love Dunkin' Donuts! They offer fantastic coffee at prices that are much more affordable than you-know-who.
Clean, quick efficient...slightly overpriced for meals amount of food given for that price, but tasty.
The barista interrupted our order to take two others and was very rude during the process.
