You have a friendly staff. I order a cocoa mocha every day, but it frequently turns out to be a lukewarm, watery coffee instead. However, the staff member here resolved my issue without any fuss (unlike my experience at another place), so that's a plus. Overall, this restaurant is better than others I've been to.

This is a local hardwood store that offers great service and is very helpful. While their prices are a bit higher than those at larger chain stores and their inventory is somewhat limited, the convenience makes it worth a visit.

Dear Dunkin'! Your service is impressively quick. I can place my coffee order online while I'm still in the parking lot, and by the time I get out of my car and walk into the store, my order is already ready!
