Worst Dunkin experience!! I ordered online and found out when I arrived that they didn't have what I ordered online. I was asked to replace my order with different things. I understand that they may run out of things but when I asked them questions aboutoptions, the staff who fixed my order was very rude. The items we ordered didn't taste the same as usual.
Good employees and customer service is hard to come by now days.. but I have to say that the workers here truly are an example of both are very sweet people. This makes a big difference for business if people will go back or not. I hope they getrecognition for all they are.
I really enjoy grabbing Dunkin' in the morning, but if you're looking for a macchiato, I recommend heading to the Starbucks down the street. At this location, you end up with about 40% foam in your drink.
The woman who made my iced hazelnut latte was exceptionally kind. It's not often you come across such friendly people these days, and this was my first time having such a positive experience. Réservez une table maintenant
The staff here are incredibly friendly; I accidentally ordered a drink that was too sweet, and they kindly fixed it for me. Excellent service! I highly recommend this place!
The facilities were clean, and Covid-19 safety measures were well implemented. The donuts were fresh, and the Beyond sausage breakfast sandwich I tried was delicious!
If you want a greater variety of ice cream or cakes, Ramona and Peck will offer you a better experience.
