Dunkin' - Réservation de table

I have never encountered a Dunkin' Donuts as poorly managed as this one. Every time I have gone there, my order has been incorrect. Despite its convenient location, I have given them multiple chances but have come to the conclusion that I can no longer order from here. During my last visit, I even had the employee at the drive-thru repeat my order back to me, yet I still received only half of it. After informing them of the mistake, I only received half of the missing items. This led to a confusing scene with six employees trying to rectify the issue, forcing me to explain the situation in greater detail. It was truly bizarre. I stopped by here to get an iced latte. It was more bitter than the usual Dunkin's I go to. Also the biscuit bites were a bit too soft and had a strange texture, so I wasn't sure if they were heated properly. I spoke with someone who could only give me a credit thats good for a few locations out in the Huntington area. They were professional and was able to address my concerns clearly; even though I didn't get the exact resolution I was looking for.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a normal experience at this store. The staff is just not good. Zero effective communication and zero customer service. It’s always the opposite of what it should be at this location. Just an fyi.

The lady at the restaurant had a poor attitude. Stewie's comment in the Family Guy episode was spot on. Dunkin' is for those who cannot afford Starbucks.

Service is sometimes slow. There are not many places to sit.Parking: There is no street parking. But plenty of free parking is available.
