We go to Dunkin everyday and sometimes my bagel has cream cheese on both sides but most of the time it looks like this. Most of the time they will give me a side of it if it looks like this but the girl in the drive Thur was really rude this morning. Guess we will try the one in Joppa and see how that goes. I have heard of people driving right past the one in Edgewood to go to Joppa so we will see tomorrow morning. Really sucks cause I have really gotten to know the staff in Edgewood and one person has to mess it up.
I visit this location frequently because I prefer not to drive an extra 10 minutes to the other one. Unfortunately, most of the staff often have attitudes, which makes me feel uncomfortable, but I still keep coming back. About 9 out of 10 times, my drink is incorrect when I receive it, and they seem to get annoyed when I point out the mistake.
I am a die hard dunkin fan. I love there coffee. But this location makes me late for work at least once a week. The ppl running the store have no clue on how to run a restaurant. And a side note at this location I have never gotten a fresh donut. And i've been coming to this location for 6 months
They are outrageous! They charge extra compared to the regular price. I paid $7.89 for a medium vanilla hot coffee at the drive-thru. They also made a mistake with my order but didn’t apologize. I've never experienced anything like this before.

Walked in around 11am on a Tuesday, just for a mobile pick up order. I was immediately greeted by a girl with a big smile. The little things make all the difference in customer service!
I go to this Dunkin every week. The people are very friendly and the service is great. It's my go to for a quick breakfast.
Staff was extremely rude and took forever to make my order. I dont know who hired these people but they need to be
