I have been coming here for a while and even sometimes 2 a days at this location (yes, DD you are collecting all my . I like this location because Z is amazing, seems like she is no longer here sadly, not sure why and then the other staff members lole Noureen who is always a delight, Mohamed, and Abigail (young girl with twists in her hair . As for the other staff, I recently came across a Spanish worker named Carolina or Karina who was extremely rude to a customer. I have never seen her until recently. The customer told her that her response to her was unprofessional and she seemed to not care or as if it wasn’t going to impact her. I was shocked. The other lash who is rude is another woman...

I came with my boyfriend a few days ago and we ordered a large strawberry dragonfruit, a medium bloody orange and a few food items. After paying my boyfriend looked at the receipt and saw that we were rung up for a small instead of a large so he broughtit to the employees attention, (she looked like she was a manager) when he told her I ordered a large instead she gave usattitude. She just kept arguing back as if it were a problem, then she was telling us that she's going to have yo refund us andshe was going to up charge us for a large which we had no problem with, that's what I wanted in the first place. I've continued to order here because it's a convenient location for me but I wont anymore. The food quality is always bad, I usually do mobile ordering and there is always somethimg wrong. If you mobile order they never put the donuts with your order,you have to go stand in line to get them. Last time they burned my husband's bagel (the whole top of the bagel was black) andstill put it in the bag... thats actually been a frequent thing. The drinks I get never taste the same and they are always madewrong (the wrong flavor). Honestly getting a good order here is like playing the lottery.

They make donuts fresh for the morning only. Which means if they sell out of the particular kind by 1 p.m., they will not have that kind for the rest of the day. Today I went in at 6:45 p.m. and ordered six donuts but was only able to get glazed because that is all that was left. But they are open until 9 p.m. They should have a better system. There was one croissant donut available other than the glazed donuts. But only available for an upcharge. Which I thought was ridiculous since they only had regular glazed donuts available for regular price. Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered food and a drink through the app. When I arrived at the store, I saw my drink and my bag with my name on the mobile order shelf, ready for pickup. After going to my car to check my items, I discovered I didn't have my food. If I hadn’t checked, I wouldn’t have realized it until I got home. I went back inside, and one of the employees told the cashier, "Oh, you need to give her back her order." They even had my receipt at the register! Why not make sure everything is together before putting the food on the mobile order shelf?

I would like to express my appreciation for your Lorton location. Ever since your manager, Z, took over, the restaurant has seen significant improvements. It’s always so clean, and the staff is incredibly quick and friendly. Z goes above and beyond to greet everyone with a smile, truly brightening up the mornings. The entire team is really accommodating and dedicated to serving their customers. Thank you for the excellent experience!

I wish i could give this dunkin 0 stars. Coffee is terrible, food is ALWAYS burnt. I complain about my coffee not being correct instead of making a new one they just add more ingredients to it. dont waste your money here i just threw out a large coffeebecause it tasted like dirty tap water.

I?d rather drive five miles out of my way to the Dunkin on Fort Belvoir than go to this one that?s one mile from my home. They are all over the place and extremely slow. When you complain they act like you?re the problem for not being patient. Sorry butwaiting 30 min for a coffee is insane. Réservez une table maintenant

Took them 25 minutes to give me a bagel and hash browns, wouldve been longer if i didnt remind them and even after i did, they were making other peoples? orders who had just arrived before starting mine
