I really adore this place! The food and coffee are consistently outstanding. I often order delivery, and on the rare occasion that something isn’t quite right, they go above and beyond to make it right. For instance, this morning my order was delayed, and they generously offered me a complimentary iced coffee as a gesture for my wait. It seemed like they were particularly busy, as the ticket numbers indicated a surge in orders. Previously, when they ran out of assorted Munchkins, they replaced them with a single flavor of fresh Munchkins and even included an apology note. I ordered a pumpkin signature latte today through the drive-through because they had a sign posted for $3. After I gave the girl my card, she tells me about the total was 4.49. I told her that I saw a sign up stating the drink was $3, and sheresponded that the sale ended yesterday. I told her that the sign was Stella and she shrugged her shoulders and gave me back mycard. That will be my last time ordering at that Dunkin' Donuts.
As a dedicated fan of Dunkin', I've visited several locations, but this one stands out as my favorite. I can always rely on my order being made accurately and with great attention to detail—there's never any spills on the side of my cup, and the lid is always secure. The staff here are exceptionally friendly as well. It’s always a delightful experience to stop by this Dunkin'.
I’ve never encountered any problems with the staff here, contrary to some of the reviews I’ve read—perhaps I've just been fortunate! I can say that they consistently make an excellent iced black coffee, which is pretty hard to get wrong. Since this location is right next to my office and they’ve always done a great job, I’ll definitely continue to return.

I visited the drive-thru today around 6:00 PM and encountered a girl who was extremely rude. Her attitude made me feel very uncomfortable and turned what should have been a simple process of ordering donuts into an awkward experience. I sincerely hope that she is addressed about her behavior; otherwise, I won't be returning to this location again.
The workers smush the parchment paper into the entire surface of icing on the donuts…and then when you try to take it off you end up with zero icing. Makes for a disappointing experience.
The cleanliness at SUGARCREEK Dunkin' Donuts leaves much to be desired, which reflects poorly on the management.
It's fast food franchise coffee/breakfast, not much to expect here.
