This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. I ordered a dragon fruit refresher and asked for it to be made with almond milk, but they told me it couldn't be done and that they only use green tea. I typically order this drink with almond milk every week, so I was really frustrated. Since I can't have caffeine, their refusal to alter the drink was especially annoying.
To make matters worse, I also tried to order a breakfast sandwich on a croissant, as it’s advertised, but they didn’t have any croissants available! That was just the last straw. I had three other people with me who also wanted to order, but I was so fed up that I just said I was done and decided to leave.
I've been visiting this Dunkin' for years since I've grown up nearby. Unfortunately, over the past couple of years, the staff has become quite rude. They lock the doors 40 minutes or more before closing and throw out all their donuts and bagels an hour or more in advance. Today, they refused to refund my order, even though half of it was unavailable. I took my “hot chocolate,” but after one sip, it tasted like water, so I ended up dumping it. I had to reach out to Dunkin' customer service just to get any assistance.
Dunkin locations seem to be hit or miss and this one is definitely a miss. The staff usually sound miserable and are often rude. Maybe the manager at the Hartford Tpke location is better at what they do?Update: I quit caffeine for physical reasons a week ago and decided to get a decaf iced latte. Well there's clearly no prerequisite to work here because despite the label saying decaf, it's definitely caffeinated.AVOID
The person taking the drive-thru orders was exceptionally rude. They told me to take it or leave it and refused to make any adjustments to a wake-up wrap, despite other Dunkin’ locations accommodating the same request. While they’re willing to customize your coffee in all sorts of ways, asking for less cheese turned into a frustrating situation. It was a disappointing experience overall.

Avoid this location. 20 min in drive thru. Member code didn't scan. Order price was wrong. Iced coffee cream n sugar burnt, watered down means they poured hot coffee over ice, no sugar. (This isn't the first bad visit but it's the worst yet.
Great service and food served promptly. Convenient location. Kids always choose their favorite go-to like donuts and latte. A trip once a week is a must especially if there are games.
The service was quick and the food was of good quality. However, the parking situation and drive-through experience were very poor.
I picked up breakfast and coffee for my daughter and me, and it was delicious!
