I ordered a coffee and avocado toast through the app before the restaurant got busy. While I received my coffee, my toast was mistakenly given to someone who ordered in-store after making a comment about the slow service. This mix-up occurred about 10 minutes after I placed my order. As the line became longer, it was evident that the staff was prioritizing in-store customers. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked about my order's status, and a staff member took my ticket and began making my food right then. The lady working the morning shift at Dunkin' was extremely rude to me today. She accused me of not paying for my hot coffee last time, even though I clearly showed her the payment was deducted from my account. She insisted my card didn’t work and that the order had to be canceled, yet she charged me for a large iced coffee when I’ve only been ordering hot coffee since winter began. She even started yelling at me in front of other customers, boasting about working there for 17 years. I couldn’t help but wonder—does she really remember every customer and their orders? I've never experienced such rude service as I did at this restaurant. I ended up paying and leaving without even getting my coffee. The place was also quite messy, and the woman who served me was confrontational and unpleasant. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
This was the tiniest Dunkin' I've ever visited. Despite its size, the experience was outstanding. Fast service, excellent coffee, and a tasty bagel—you really can't go wrong.
