Might be the worst ran dunkin in FL, This was my third time stopping at this location in 3 months and probably the last. Every time something has wrong or someone was rude. The first time they forgot I was there and gave away my order to someone at the drive thru and didn't even make the order correctly after I said something, I chalked that up to a bad day and kept moving. 2nd time they made my coffee incorrectly and the wait time for food was over 20 min which ended up being incorrect and poorly made as well. Today I came in ordered my coffee and was heading to the restroom when someone in the back yells the bathrooms are out of order in an extremely condescending way like i was their todd...
The young lady working the window was very rude lied about the order being done made me pull up and served all the cars that pulled up behind me first got my coffee and the one small and one large coffee forgot my Expresso shot in each of them claimed they were done and had me pull up and by the time I got then the ice was melted then she tried to lie to me when she brought out my water down coffee with no ice left I got here every weekend and this establishment had been 5 star until the young lady met today ruined my expirence today with lying to me and holding my coffee 10 mins inside till all the ice melted served everyone behind me first and me last she lied and played games with the dri...
Sunday afternoon staff (1:00 PM) are obnoxiously loud and rude through the drive thru speaker. Poor girl taking my order at drive through could not hear my one order clearly at all, I had to repeat myself 4 times and she still could not understand my order (it was a simple iced coffee with a couple of unsweetened flavors nothing complicated). So I left the line, told her to not worry about it. I’ve always had a good experience at this Dunkin, but it only takes one time to ruin that. Not coming back here again. Do not recommend! I really hope that y'all are proud of yourselves you have just helped someone who is quite possibly in need of medical attention abandoned her child.I am not sure why y'all felt the need to interject and I do understand she has told several lies but to help her abandoned her child is insane. Great job y'all you messed this up just like the store y'all work at dispicable, deplorable,irrational behaviour on all of y'all who had a hand in this. You should be seeking counselling for her that would have been the right thing to do.

Love thus place! Stopped by for a coffee and we ended up having a small meal stop. Coffee was awesome and clean, food was delightful and the service was a surprise. Dunkin'all over is getting more and more limited on their donut offerings. Rarely can find a vanilla filled donut for the family. Good they have is good. Especially the avocado toast. Very little parking, they seemed short staffed, the person that took the order felt like she was talking down to everyone in a loud voice. Horrible service stood in line for like 20 minutes and the cashier in front of me just counting change and didn't even speak to us at all and everyone else just walking around no one even acknowledged we were there. Never got our order taken had to walk out. Don't even deserve one star...
