Fine dining at its finest. Compliments to the chef , everything is made with love and had such great taste. I had the meatballs to start , melted in your mouth and made to a perfection. The tomato sauce so light and flavorful. Then I had the sweet corn agnolotti (mascarpone) with the truffle butter. You have to do the scarpetta with the bread. Of course the bread is fresh and they give you a classic and whole grain bread in each basket. And to conclude the small meal, I had a nice chocolate mousse. Watch this tourist trap. Great prices. Common ambience. Less than average food quality. Skilled orders. Had pasta with Langostinos. Get a plate of overcooked pasta and a little longostino cut in half. Hard 2 bites. The most important courses were literally taken to our table as the first course dishes were deleted from the table. Place bread on the table without olive oil and no butter. We asked for oil and balsamicum, and we were charged $5 for a stupidity of balsamico. Very common food. No pleasant culinary experience. Not recommended.

Had a delicious dinner here when we were visiting LA. The hostess gives preferred tables to regular customers regardless of reservations. She tries to get you to sit outside even if it’s freezing and ignores reservation times. Once you do get seated food is good and service is attentive. Noise level isn’t too bad. I may try it again next time I’m in LA. Maybe they will hire a new hostess by then.
This is the most innovative Italian restaurant in LA. The owner, Eduardo Baldi, puts so much care and love in his unique dishes. He's a real culinary artist. Try the ravioli with the lemon butter sauce or the sweet corn gnocchi with truffle butter. Absolutely lovely!
Excellent culinary experience, Minstrone was fantastic as well as the Caesar salad with spicy croutons. Nice cozy atmosphere, friendly staff. Baldi is always a guarantee for amazing food.
Happy at E Baldi, i enjoyed the food much better that the one in Santa Monica. More authentic and quality, less chi chi.will definitely be back to enjoy that great menuthank you

We had a company dinner in private room. Food was delicious, but portions are so tiny, it wasn't enough. Deep fried mushrooms are the best
Pretty tasty food and wine, service was a bit slow. I wouldn't go back if I was paying for the dinner lol
