I and the missus have brought a stand in the lounge for the late afternoon bite. we had plans to be elsewhere, so this was just a short stop for a snack and a few drinks. we came there by chance in her happy hour, so we were convinced. we shared the Avacado-mexican-streetcorn-dip (with chips) and irt was pretty good, although I expected it a bit warmer. they have also taken a bit more from a seafood option menu in the last time so that we had the 1/2 dozen oysters on the half shell. they were definitiw good, but quite small, and I would not say at a big price point (I had a lot of oysters in my day, at different locations and price ranges, so it is fair to say for the size these are a little...
We go here a few times a year so this is a somewhat typical visit review. Met another couple to catch the Oilers game. Sat on the lounge side of course for the TVs for the game. Drinks and beers to start. Few different dishes...including one butter chicken, one Cajun chicken sandwich, an ahi tuna bowl, and my Nashville chicken sandwich which has become my go-to when we visit the last few times. The two of us who had sandwiches swapped the standard fries for the soup option since it was a cold Saturday night. last week was extremely disappointed by our meal. the service was very good, but as soon as we complained about our underoccupied lobster, everything changed. they told us that they would give my men free, but my husband has still paid for everything, but his underoccupied lobster. my. lobster was barely cooked. as a few seafood eaters we know how this should be prepared. for the cost of this we have expected so much more. get the burgers when you go. definitiw will not be visited again in this earls
I ordered 3 dinner items from door dash, including an impossibility burger. they did not have the burgers on camp, so someone decided to replace only another menu item without asking. I was charged for a court I didn't want and didn't like. because the restaurant could not be harassed to make a 5-minute call and ask what I would rather have. will not be back, and may not recommend the delivery service to everyone.
Earls is our casual classy go to restaurant. The staff here are great and the establishment has done a really good job incorporating contactless transactions, interactions and covid restrictions all while being awesome. Food quality, quantity and presentation is consistent. If we’ve had a complaint...they are quick to make it right. We enjoy the atmosphere and energy, always a good dining experience.
my son ordered the kung pao chicken, the wife ordered curried prawns and I ordered Nashville chicken sandwich. The kung pao tastes totally burnt. My wifes thai prawn curry tastes nothing like curry. I am totally shocked. Our first time ordering from earls and cannot...believe that it is this bad. We ordered takeout and were there before it was done.
