It was good the new seats are great but they need to update there bathrooms n keep them clean. Hey East Bridgewater cinemas why don't you play more family based movies n true stories base on real true events n stories on everything n everyone more people might come stop being so selfish. Why are you not showing movies like the sound of freedom n u still haven't updated ur dirty bathrooms
I had an issue with some rowdy kids, but one of the staff members was extremely accommodating. They made sure to address the situation and had the kids removed after multiple complaints from other patrons.
The theater is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the popcorn is always fresh and warm. However, it could benefit from more diversity among the staff and a wider variety of movies in its listings.
