Have been going here for 20+ years very disappointed in the quality of the food has gone down. The calzone was terrible cheese was sour and mozzarella of low quality .The chicken Caesar wrap the lettuce was hot from the oven and not edible who Serves hotLettuce Chicken was dry and rubbery the chicken fingers I don't know what that was but it wasn't chicken fingers the Frenchfries where soggy and oily I can see one dish being a miss but all three dishes were terrible with the cost of food andinflation you have to do a better job for the people who work hard for the money they lost me as a Lifetimecustomer????????!!!!!

This restaurant was a disappointing experience. I ordered a pizza that arrived burnt and with hardly any cheese sauce. It was tasteless, and I can't recommend it. A frozen pizza costs a third of the price and is much better quality. Filettos is the only spot in East Northport that offers truly fresh Italian cuisine. This place feels more like a small, casual pizza joint for kids. Just to note, I’ve been coming here for 50 years. What happened to Ralph? Let’s discuss.
Terrible experience! This place was a nightmare. I ordered a pizza, and it arrived burnt with very little cheese and no flavor. I can't recommend it at all. A frozen pizza from 7-11 is much cheaper and tastes way better. Filettos is the only place in East Northport for high-quality Italian food. This is just a small, mediocre pizza parlor meant for kids. I've been going to this place for over 50 years, and it used to be Ralph's. I'm truly disappointed. Réservez une table maintenant
Pizzeria with great pizza and great food. Sesame crusted pizzas on the counter consisting of spinach, fresh tomato and pepperoni are all great choices. Many to choose from and they all move quickly. Nothing sits around and always fresh.The eggplant parmigiana and chicken parmigiana were fantastic also. Dinners come with side greek salads or pasta. Lots of specials. Owners are great and so is the staff.
Repeat customer. We order 1 pizza a week every week for our family Pizza Movie Night. Not sure on all products but the Grandma's Pizza is outstanding. I'm usually a deep dish, but never disappointed by this one. Good quality, fast delivery, andthe driver is very pleasant. Overall highly recommended and I hope your experience with them is equal to mine.
I've been eating a slice and a soda here for over 50 years. It has changed hands but the slice taste the same. This is the best New York pizza as far as I'm concerned. The guys run it a great, conversational and friendly. I will go back every time I visit my hometown.
All I can say is wow! I don't understand how they don't have a 5-star rating. From the dough to the sauce to the cheese, everything is fantastic. I've been here about five times now, and it’s definitely worth the 30-minute drive for me. Réservez une table maintenant
