Friday night, 7:30 o'clock. we sat immediately, which was a pleasant surprise! I expected I had to wait because there were 5 of us. I've been overhearing other people who go over the server and rennnate. definitiw pumped me for a good eating and even better service. hostess brought us to our stand that the table was not extinguished. not a big thing! our waitress cleaned it up quickly on us while we visited the washrooms. the food that my husband and I have received was hot and tasty! our child food was hardly warm. there were no refills on the suppe or brot, we had to get another server down to get our top-ups, if necessary, not tied up when appetizers and netzens were finished, we were not...
This restaurant is fantastic. They accommodated our U11 girls hockey team and parents on short notice on a busy Saturday night. The manager Lani was amazing, she did everything she could to accommodated us. Kyrie, Ben P and Claire did a great job keeping the...girls and parents happy with lots of drinks and fast service. The food was great as well, I didn’t hear one 11 year old complain, and that’s an accomplishment on its own. Thank you very much Eastside Mario’s, I know the girls will remember this weekend for a long time and you guys are part of that.
Was returning home from vacation and stopped for 5pm dinner. We Ordered a small pizza with Italian sausage and pineapple. We finished our 1st salads, then the server came out to our table and told us they added peperoni to our pizza by mistake. She...asked us if it was ok, no extra charge, we said fine. Pizza came, more bread came and we asked for more salad. She then advised us there would be a $5.49 charge do to the peperoni on the pizza. Not our fault. Because of 5 hrs. of driving, could not be bothered to argue. So NO GRATUIDY.
We went to East Side Marios in Woodstock May 6th and May 8th and each time we received the best service we have ever had at a restaurant. Chris was the Manager and kept us entertained all of the time and the food was amazing....I did have a little problem that the Capinelli was a a little dry, but was so very tasteful. Told Chris and he immediately took 5% off the price, was totally impressed. Will certainly go to this restaurant again and give it a 5 rating throughout/
zelt sat eve at busy time waited 10 min for a seat. once sitting, sara h was a friendly, efficient, caring, server. our order was delivered immediately, hot and tasty. a very pleasant experience in a busy full restaurant. that is the best east and marios we have visited in our travels. every employee we saw had a smile and worked efficiently. teamwork was obvious with everything we saw. kudos to all!
I don't make pasta good, so a two-month journey to east side marios work for me, they make an excellent Mediterranean dish and once ran a super special, where they were a duplicate of their meal home. So, hubby and I ordered something else each. and our dinner in the next night was the opposite. I wish they would bring this back.
