Three of us, who are regular customers and always come in a large group of seniors, decided to have lunch here last Saturday. After that experience, we will be looking for a new place to go! One of us ordered a full meal, while the other two opted for soup. Unfortunately, our soup bowls were not filled to the top, and when I inquired about this, I was told that was all we were entitled to. I requested bread with my soup and was informed that it would cost $2.00 per loaf. I ended up buying 2 loaves. East Side used to be a great place to go to get good, hot food. I really wanted the Cappelletti but after seeing the price I decided to split a pizza with my daughter. I asked for a cheese pizza with olives all over and mushrooms on half. The pizza had mushrooms on all of it. The waitress said something about when the order gets entered into the system it sometimes cut offs the instructions. If this is the case, fix it. The pizza was burnt on top but cold and tastless, I am not sure if they even put pizza sauce on it or just waved the spoon overtop. I ordered takeout from this restaurant tonight, and overall, it was rather disappointing. When I arrived to pick up my order, there was no one at the front desk. The staff member was busy assisting someone else and didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I had requested extra sauce on the side, but it was cold and unheated. As he was bagging my order, he asked if I wanted butter or Parmesan, almost as if he intended to leave it out, despite it typically being included with the meal. He only provided me with a single serving of butter and one container of Parmesan, when they usually offer two for both salad and pasta. Walked in for supper, nobody waiting in line, lots of empty tables and the manager said it would be a 5 or 10 minute wait. I even offered that we could sit at the bar, she said we would still have to wait. Needless to say, my wife and I left. We went down to Milestones where they happily accepted our business. The food here is excellent, and the staff is incredibly friendly. My family and I absolutely love this restaurant. Our server Amanda was fantastic, always making sure the bread was available, which we really appreciated. She even remembered how my mom preferred her salad when she ordered seconds. Overall, it's a wonderful place to dine!

It was a terrible experience. We waited an exceptionally long time for a table despite half the restaurant being empty. The food was below average, and the service was awful. At one point, some cheese fell on the floor, and a mouse came out to grab it—three of us witnessed this. I will never go back.

I had a great dinner experience today at East Side Mario’s! I took my kids in for dinner and I was pleased by my experience. The food was great and came out fast! Also my server Jessica J was friendly and made sure to come by the table often to ensure a good dining experience.

We have dined at this location several times and noticed the quality and quantity of there food had really declined. Cesar Salad had hardly any dressing and my wife had to ask for more rose sauce for her pasta because there was just none on it when it was brought to table. Réservez une table maintenant
