I’ve had two really great experiences here. The most recent being the best. I went out for dinner with some friends. Our server; Laura R, was lovely. She we prompt, efficient, friendly, and gave us 110% despite having other tables and it being fairly busy. My Pepsi was originally flat and and I just asked for an iced tea instead. She went out of her way to go to the bar, knowing their machine worked well, to get me a Pepsi. Most servers just take the substitution and don’t bother. She gave excellent recommendations which I loved as I’m always undecided. I will always order the parm fries thanks to Laura! Our food was 10/10, but Laura made our entire meal 100/10. I will definitely be returning!
Was not in the East Side Mario’s in years. My expectations were at the fence for a chain restaurant. My friend has heavy celiac disease, so we were suspected. They produced an extensive gluten-free menu. We both had a pasta dish that was hot, tasteful and plentiful. But the best part of our meal was an adorable young lady named Laura, who made the experience even more pleasant. She was pleasant, friendly. attentive to my friends gluten allergy to the extent to put my bread, not where near her. If you could have her train, you'd be golden. One of the best culinary experiences we had in our two-week movie night.
I don't thick the chicken parmigiana is as good as it used to be but hey, that could just be me. HOWEVER our server Eric was great ! Truly a nice guy and even though he tried to up-sell us on everything from drinks to dessert which is what he is supposed to do we did not mind at all ! Had a great time during our lunch. We will definitely be going back. Thanks.
My husband took our kids out for dinner last weekend and everything was great! from the 2 young hosts who got my girls to eat their meals (THANK YOU! , to my server, to the cooks who made good food and the people cleaning up after all of us. It is nice to finally see restaurants back up and running again!
